Last Updated: 10th September 2026Terms and Conditions
Last Updated: 10th September 2026
These Terms & Conditions apply to the services provided by Ava & Larissa Getaways. By purchasing one of our services, you agree to these Terms & Conditions.
Please read them carefully before making a purchase.
1. OUR SERVICES
Ava & Larissa Getaways provides personalised holiday research and planning services.
Our services may include:
The Itinerary
A personalised holiday itinerary based on your destination, dates, preferences and requirements.
The Getaway
A personalised search for suitable flights and accommodation based on the information and preferences provided by you.
The Full Getaway
A combination of flight and accommodation research together with a personalised holiday itinerary.
The exact service included in your purchase will be clearly stated on our website at the time of purchase.
Our service is a holiday research and planning service only. We do not act as your travel agent and do not make or arrange bookings for flights, accommodation, activities, transfers or other travel services on your behalf.
You are responsible for deciding whether to book any of the options we provide and for making those bookings directly with the relevant travel provider.
2. HOW OUR SERVICE WORKS
You begin by completing our holiday enquiry form and providing information about your requirements, such as your destination, dates, budget, group size, preferred airport and holiday preferences.
We then research options based on the information you provide.
We will normally provide one recommended option that we believe best matches your requirements. Where appropriate, or where it is difficult to identify one suitable option, we may provide additional options for you to consider.
We will provide your research in the form of a personalised portfolio or other digital format.
Payment is only requested after your personalised holiday research has been prepared and presented to you. You are not required to purchase the service if you decide that you do not wish to proceed with the proposed holiday.
If you choose to proceed, payment of the advertised service fee confirms your purchase of the relevant service.
3. PRICES
Our service prices are displayed on our website in the applicable currency.
The price you pay to Ava & Larissa Getaways is for our holiday research and planning service only. This covers the time we spend researching and creating your personalised holiday portfolio based on the information you provide.
The price of your actual holiday is not included in our service fee. This means flights, accommodation, activities, transfers, food, travel insurance and any other travel expenses are paid for separately by you.
If you decide to book any of the flights, accommodation or other travel options included in your personalised portfolio, you will make the booking and payment directly with the relevant travel provider.
4. FLIGHT & ACCOMMODATION PRICES
Flight, accommodation and other travel prices are provided for research purposes and are subject to availability.
Prices and availability can change at any time and may differ between the time we conduct our research and the time you decide to book.
We cannot guarantee that:
A flight or accommodation option will remain available.
The price shown at the time of research will remain the same.
A particular room, flight, fare or package will still be available when you attempt to book.
A third-party provider will continue to offer the same terms or availability.
You are responsible for checking the final price, availability and booking conditions directly with the relevant provider before making a booking.
We are not responsible for price increases, availability changes, cancellations or changes made by airlines, accommodation providers, booking platforms or other third parties after our research has been provided.
5. DELIVERY TIMEFRAME
We aim to provide your personalised holiday research within 3–5 working days of receiving all the information necessary to complete your request.
During particularly busy periods, this timeframe may be extended.
If we expect a significant delay, we will make reasonable efforts to inform you.
The delivery timeframe applies to our research service only and does not include the time taken by third-party travel providers to respond to enquiries or process bookings.
6. CHANGES TO YOUR REQUEST
Our research is based on the information and preferences you provide when completing your enquiry.
If you decide that you would like us to research a different holiday or substantially different requirements after we have completed your initial research, this will be treated as a new research request and may require a new purchase of the relevant service.
You are welcome to submit a new request if you would like us to search for a different holiday.
7. PAYMENT
Payment is processed securely through Squarespace Payments using the payment methods available through our website.
Available payment methods may include debit and credit cards, Apple Pay and Klarna, depending on availability and eligibility.
Your payment is for the holiday research and planning service provided by Ava & Larissa Getaways. It is not payment for the flights, accommodation or other travel arrangements themselves.
8. CANCELLATION & REFUNDS
We want you to feel confident before purchasing our service.
Our process allows you to review the proposed holiday options before deciding whether to proceed with your purchase. If you decide that the options are not suitable for you, you are free not to purchase the service.
Once you choose to proceed and make payment, you are paying for the personalised holiday research and planning service prepared for you. As the service has been researched and prepared specifically based on the information you provide, payments are generally non-refundable once the service has been purchased.
This does not affect any statutory rights you may have under applicable consumer protection law. Where the law gives you a right to cancel or receive a refund, those rights will apply.
If you believe you are entitled to a cancellation or refund under applicable law, please contact us at:
Any refund that is legally due will normally be made using the original payment method.
9. CUSTOMER RESPONSIBILITIES
You are responsible for providing accurate and complete information when submitting your holiday request.
This includes providing accurate information about:
Travel dates
Number of travellers

Any other preferences or requirements relevant to your request
We are not responsible for unsuitable research resulting from inaccurate, incomplete or subsequently changed information provided by you.

11. THIRD-PARTY PROVIDERS
Our research may include information and links relating to third-party travel providers, including airlines, accommodation providers, booking platforms, restaurants, activities and other travel services.
When you choose to book with a third-party provider, you are entering into a separate agreement with that provider.
That provider’s own terms, conditions, cancellation policies and privacy policies will apply to your booking.
We are not responsible for the actions, omissions, cancellations, delays, changes, failures or service quality of third-party providers.
12. NO GUARANTEE OF TRAVEL AVAILABILITY
We make reasonable efforts to identify suitable options based on the information you provide.
However, we cannot guarantee that the options we provide will meet every preference or expectation, or that they will remain available when you choose to book.
Our recommendations are based on the information available to us at the time of research.
You remain responsible for deciding whether an option is suitable before making a booking.
13. LIABILITY
To the extent permitted by law, Ava & Larissa Getaways will not be responsible for losses arising from:
Changes to flight or accommodation prices.

Third-party cancellations or changes.
Flight delays or cancellations.

Changes to travel restrictions or entry requirements.
Any booking made directly by you with a third-party provider.
Information that was inaccurate or incomplete when provided by you.
Nothing in these Terms & Conditions excludes or limits liability where doing so would be unlawful, including liability for fraud, fraudulent misrepresentation, death or personal injury caused by negligence, or any other liability that cannot legally be excluded or limited.
14. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY
The personalised portfolios, itineraries, written research and other materials we create for you are provided for your personal use.
You may use them to plan and arrange your own holiday.
You may not reproduce, resell, redistribute, commercially use or represent our personalised research or materials as your own without our written permission.

We will aim to respond to complaints and resolve concerns as reasonably and promptly as possible.
18. GOVERNING LAW
